The lake is surrounded by a paved path that is perfect for walking, running, or biking, and it also has several parks and playgrounds nearby.

Apart from a vigorous workout on or around the lake you can just relax, take in the views and have a picnic.

3. Flat Creek Nature Area 

This nature preserve, spread over more than 500 acres, is located on the outskirts of Peachtree City. There are hiking trails, fishing ponds, and wildlife viewing spots.

The park is home to several species of birds, reptiles, and mammals, including beavers, otters, and deer.

4. Frederick Brown Jr. Amphitheater

This huge 2,500-seat outdoor amphitheater hosts numerous concerts, plays, and other cultural events throughout the year.

5. Commemorative Air Force Dixie Wing

The extensive menu includes delicious Lebanese dishes like falafel, hummus, baba ganoush, and shawarma. Vegan and vegetarian options, which are not only delicious but also healthy are also on the menu. 

The BeiRut has outdoor seating, which is perfect for dining when the weather is pleasant. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. 

Pascal’s Bistro

Pascal’s Bistro is a charming French restaurant in the heart of Peachtree City. It is known for its exceptional service.

The menu offers classic French dishes like escargots, bouillabaisse, coq au vin, and steak frites. Pascal’s Bistro has an extensive wine selection, including many wines from France and around the world.

The restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere with elegant decor. There is a cozy bar area too, that is perfect for pre-dinner drinks. Outdoor seating is also available, which is always a great choice in the evening. 

Borgo Italia

Borgo Italia is a cozy little Italian place that serves the all-time classics like pasta, pizza, and seafood. There is a good selection of wine and cocktails, which complement the food perfectly.

The ambiance is pleasant, inviting and warm. Outdoor seating overlooking a beautiful pond makes it a perfect place for a romantic dinner for two or a small family gathering. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Ted’s Montana Grill

Ted’s Montana Grill is an American steakhouse chain with rustic down to earth decor. The menu features classic American dishes like burgers, steaks, and salads. 

Its signature dish are the bison burgers, a healthier and leaner alternative to beef burgers. The restaurant also offers a selection of cocktails, beer, and wine.

Grinds & Wines

Grinds & Wines is a unique coffee shop and wine bar in Peachtree City. There is a choice of  imaginative coffees, teas and smoothies. You can also order wine by the glass if you are in the mood to relax and just chill.

Grinds & Wines also has a small selection of light bites and snacks, including pastries, paninis, and salads.

The cafe has a very modern and cozy ambiance, with comfortable seating and free Wi-Fi. It is an excellent spot to catch up on emails or meet up with friends. It often hosts live music events and trivia nights, as well.
