Some like the Hefner River Park Trail are paved and less than 2 miles long. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 31 min to complete. This trail is great for running and walking.

Others like the Appalachian Trail: Springer Mountain to Neels Gap are pretty challenging. This almost 30 mile point-to-point trail, with an elevation gain of 6,400 feet, can take over 15 hours to complete. Most people do it in 2 days.
